In-Home Care Services
We will start our in-home care services by doing a free consultation with your loved one in their home so we can understand their care needs. Then, we will create a care plan that will help accommodate their needs so they can live safely in the home.
We offer these in-home care services:
- Elderly care: If your loved one has decided to age in place, but they need care, we will provide complete home care for your senior loved one.
- Personal care: Seniors and adults who suffer from disabilities have trouble managing self-care at home. This is where we can help with (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, transferring and toileting.
- Companion care: Our caregivers will develop a relationship with your loved one over time and become their companion.
- Alzheimer’s and dementia care: Dementia patients usually benefit from care being provided right in their home so they can be more comfortable. We provide effective home care for those affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
- Respite care: We offer respite care services to family caregivers so they can take some time off and do things for themselves.
- After-surgery care: When seniors come back from surgery and they need to recover at home, it may be difficult for them to get around, take medications, and care for themselves. Our caregivers provide this type of care and follow the physician’s discharge instructions to help your loved ones recover.
- Live-in/24-hour care: If your loved one needs live-in care, our caregivers will live with them for several days at a time and will need a space to sleep. If your loved one needs care 24 hours a day, we can have caregivers rotate shifts in a 24-hour period so that a caregiver is always awake in the home.
- Overnight care: If your loved one is unable to stay at home by themselves at night, our caregivers can help. We will arrive at night and help them get ready for bed and be available to help them throughout the night in case care is needed.
